Best Foreign Film Importer-Distributor Award
The Association has presented the award since 1962 as its greatest annual
event.
For every year, 11 jurors will select a recipient and present the award
to a distributing company that has imported a film, excelled in distributing
it, and thereby cultivated a new field and made a great contribution to
the development of the Japanese film industry from April 1 until March
31, next year. The distribution company will be given a certificate and
a memento from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The Tokyo Cinema Show , which marked its 14th year in 2009.
Period August 6 to 7
*Presentation of the line-up for Autumn 2009 until 2010
28 members of the FFIDAJ, the MPA, and the MPPAJ will presented their new
film to be released in autumn 2009 or later, which will arouse great excitement
among the attendees.
*Screenings
August 6 to 7, 4 new films will presented by the member companies of the
FFIDAJ, the MPA and the MPPAJ.
